The Team

Dan Shaheen ~ Broker:  After 2 decades in the entertainment industry, Dan became licensed in real estate in both California and Nevada.  He has had a successful commercial real estate business in the Reno-Carson City region for over 11 years.  Dan became the broker for Foxwood Real Estate in 2006.

Terri Cantua ~ Sales Manager/Realtor:  Terri has been a licensed Realtor in California and Nevada since 1995 and a part of the Foxwood Development since day one. Besides her real estate career, Terri owned and operated a successful restaurant and catering business in Northern Nevada. Prior to that, Terri was a Graphic Artist for 18 years for a large retail chain located in Northern California. She has a proven track record for successful client relations.

Dave Newman ~ Realtor:
